It was made in Argentina in the 80´s by a company called PlayFul
The condition is like you can see in the pictures.
This object was never played with, it was only taken out of its box so you can see the condition and state of the toy.
The dirt on the wheel is not because it has been used, it is an accumulation of dirt and pieces of cardboard from the box due to the number of years it has been stored in it.
The same with the turret seat, the red stains are part of the injected plastic, it is not dirt or paint, it arrived with that finish from the factory.
This is a very difficult to see vehicle in this condition!
