This is a resin dummy plate to be inserted into a plate carrier.
It is a swimmer cut type (medium), which is not often seen these days.
I used it to prevent the plate carrier from losing its shape, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that there may be oversights.
It is lightweight, so it should not put much strain on your shoulders, etc., even if you use it for airsoft games.
