These custom Joy-cons are made with Brand New Joy-con internals and are official branded Joy-cons by Nintendo. We do not use any form of unbranded joycons.
Once you order with us, we will:
• Purchase the shells right away
• Message you what day the shells should arrive, and give an estimated day of shipment
• Do a shell swap the SAME DAY shells arrive
• Test joycons before shipping and message you a photo showing proof that all button inputs work correctly.
• Ship the Custom joycons the following day after the shell swap and testing is complete.
THINGS TO KNOW:
• Shells will be bought from the brand "extremerate", a high quality brand which has very durable shells.
• These Joy-cons will still be programmed to their original colors when attached to the Nintendo Switch system. Original colors may vary.
