This Amethyst cluster display crystal weighs just over a pound, and has a breathtaking center piece of Golden Honey Calcite with rainbows! The main color is a slightly darker purple than the usual bright Amethyst, but some dips in this stone turn deep purple likely from black Goethite mineral inclusions. One section of this stone has a faint pink hue to the tips of its crystals, which are caused by micro inclusions of Red Hematite!
The whole piece sits on a giant layering of agate with a secondary layer of black druzy BEFORE you even get to the Amethyst!! Insanely beautiful piece ~ See photos for spectacular views of this beauty!
